Further, the Canadian study by Dr. Dewailly and colleagues indicated that two servings of salmon per week (farmed or wild) would not expose the consumer to risk levels of mercury, PCB's, dioxins based on cut-offs set by the World Health Agency and the Environmental Protection Agency in the US as well as Health Canada.
